Where we ship

We currently ship within Europe. Standard delivery is tracked and insured.

If your country or address isn’t available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Dispatch location

All orders ship from Spain.

Order processing & dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times (Europe)

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days in Europe.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or local customs procedures (where applicable).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking & insurance

All shipments include tracking and are insured.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Bulk & custom orders

For bulk orders (30+ units), lead times can differ from standard orders. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks, and we reply within 24–48 hours after you reach out.

Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, contact us immediately—once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel appears delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
